Rush Limbaugh speaks for all of us when he says Trump’s team let him down

There’s nothing so heartbreaking as a betrayal – and as Rush Limbaugh so poignantly expressed on his show today, Trump was let down by his legal team.

The Washington Examiner reports:

The Trump election legal team made a significant error last week, according to Rush Limbaugh. The conservative radio host and ally of President Trump said on Monday that the press conference held in Washington, D.C., led by Rudy Giuliani failed to offer proof to back up the “blockbuster” allegations of widespread fraud that flipped the election to President-elect Joe Biden.

“You call a gigantic press conference like that, one that lasts an hour, and you announce massive bombshells, then you better have some bombshells,” Limbaugh said. “There better be something at that press conference other than what we got, such as a hacker who can tell us, yep, everything these guys have said is true. I’ve looked into it. I’ve run the software, I’ve hacked this, I’ve hacked that. Even put him behind a screen, if you want to protect his identity.”

Many of the bombshells in the news conference were from attorney Sidney Powell – but Powell was seemingly excommunicated from the team by Rudy Giuliani, who issued a statement on Sunday saying that Powell was not affiliated with the campaign.

In addition, the radio host said he unsuccessfully tried getting more information on why the Trump legal team released a statement on Sunday to say Powell is neither a member of the Trump legal team nor a lawyer for the president in his personal capacity.

“I talked to so many people who were blown away by it, by the very nature of the press conference,” Limbaugh said. “They promised blockbuster stuff, and then nothing happened. And that’s just not good. I mean, if you’re gonna promise blockbuster stuff like that, then there has — now, I understand — look, I’m the one that’s been telling everybody, this stuff doesn’t happen at warp speed, light speed, the way cases are made for presentation in court, but if you’re gonna do a press conference like that with the promise of blockbusters, then there has to be something more than what that press conference delivered.”

President Trump has done so much for America – is this the best legal representation he can get?

Rush Limbaugh speaks for all of us – this is not good. It’s unacceptable. We need real conservatives to rally behind Trump before it’s too late.
