Report: Arizona election audit reveals ‘potentially thousands’ of problematic ballots

The ongoing audit of Maricopa County, Arizona ballots from the 2020 election has taken yet another turn likely to be of serious concern to President Joe Biden and his supporters, as a state official revealed Thursday that the probe has turned up “potentially thousands” of serial number issues on duplicated ballots, as Just The News reports.

In a state Senate hearing last week, liaison Ken Bennett provided an outline of how and why ballot duplication occurs during the counting process and why the results of the current review have raised additional questions.

“If a ballot gets damaged and has to be sent to duplication,” Bennett explained, “there is is very specific process in the [state] elections procedure manual,” and it requires a comparison of serial numbers on the original as well as the duplicated ballot.

Bennett went on to suggest that the audit’s findings in this regard are indeed concerning, saying, “We found, I would have to say, thousands of duplicate ballots where those serial numbers are not on them. And so it has created great difficulty to try to match up a duplicated ballot to its duplicate.”

The Senate liaison further detailed the two key reasons for matching serial numbers so carefully, namely, to “make sure you have one for every one of the other and two, make sure that you can look at the votes reflected on the duplicated ballot to make sure they reflected those correctly from the ballot that was damaged and was duplicated.”

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann then pointedly asked Bennett, “If the corresponding numbers aren’t on there, how would you know whether it was duplicated once or ten times?” He replied simply, “You wouldn’t,” illustrating the obvious dilemma when it comes to verifying the validity of the final tally.

These revelations are just the latest in a recent series of developments from multiple audits of the 2020 election currently underway, and as Fox News’ Tucker Carlson pointed out last week, the review of ballots taking place in Fulton County, Georgia has also yielded some very serious findings that undermine mainstream media claims that election fraud allegations raised by former President Donald Trump have already been fully debunked.

In response to recent findings in Georgia that “at least 36 batches of mail-in ballots from the November election were double-counted in Fulton County,” Carlson declared, “it now appears that there actually was meaningful voter fraud” and that such an assertion “is not a conspiracy theory. It’s true.”

In light of the emerging facts from the Arizona and Georgia audits, a Wisconsin lawmaker has also just requested a full forensic audit of his state’s 2020 election results in yet another signal that despite the left’s insistence that vote fraud claims are solely the province of unhinged conspiracy theorists, honest actors will continue to demand a true accounting of what occurred last fall and a restoration of Americans’ faith in our electoral system.
