New footage shows how Biden’s decision to stop wall construction has resulted in giants holes in border: report

President Joe Biden’s decision to stop construction of the U.S.-Mexico border wall has resulted in large holes along the border that make it easier for illegal immigrants to cross into the U.S., according to a new report.

“It shall be the policy of my Administration that no more American taxpayer dollars be diverted to construct a border wall,” Biden said in an executive order on Jan. 20, 2021.

“I am also directing a careful review of all resources appropriated or redirected to construct a southern border wall.”

The result, according to Breitbart News: giant holes in the California area of the border that U.S. officials believe are used to smuggle human beings and drugs.

“Footage taken by Breitbart News in the San Diego sectors of the U.S.-Mexico border shows unfinished 30-foot border wall that would have been completed if not for Biden’s executive order,” the outlet noted.

“On the Mexican side of the wide-open gaps sits a compound that sources said has continuously gotten larger over the last couple of years. Federal officials believe the compound is used for smuggling border crossers and illegal aliens, as well as drugs, into the U.S. late at night.”

One problem that officials reportedly face is that the difficult terrain makes it difficult for border agents to intervene when drugs and human beings are being smuggled into America using these holes in the border, Breitbart said.

The big winners, the report added, are Mexican crime cartels.

“One source told Breitbart News that the Mexican drug cartels are currently cashing in big on the Biden administration’s insistence to transform the border into a mere checkpoint for border crossers and illegal aliens where they are briefly detained before being transported into American communities,” according to the outlet.

Materials to finish construction of the wall are simply sitting around oxidizing, the source said: “The materials for the border wall are literally rusting away in southern California.”

Meanwhile, as the Biden administration prepares to end Title 42, the Trump-era policy that allows for the quick deportation of illegal immigrants, it is preparing for a surge in migrants coming to the border, according to Fox News.

But Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar, who represents a Texas border district, said the administration needs to listen to border communities.

“Who’s listening to the landowners, who’s listening… to the judges, the county judges, the sheriffs, the mayors, and the border communities? And then finally, who’s listening to the men and women in green and blue, the ones that provide border security?” he told Fox News.
