Media lies that Supreme Court Justices lied under oath debunked

Ever since the conservative-majority Supreme Court voted to overturn Roe v. Wade, the mainstream media and the Democrat Party have been accusing Supreme Court Justices of lying under oath.

Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, and Amy Coney Barrett are all being accused of lying about their “intentions” to overturn Roe v. Wade.

However, those accusations appear to be blatant misinformation as the footage of the Congressional hearings is publically available, and no evidence of lying on the part of former President Trump’s crop of Supreme Court Justices has been shown.

Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) claimed that “They lied,” in reference to the questions asked about how they would rule should Roe v. Wade be considered in a Supreme Court case.

Democrats seem to be under the impression that a Supreme Court Justice’s answer for a hypothetical situation will then determine their decision on any future case in a subject area.

The accusations being leveled at the conservative Supreme Court Justices are beyond ridiculous and entirely without support.

Reviews of footage from the Congressional hearings found that none of the Justices nominated by former President Trump promised to uphold Roe v. Wade.

The closest any of the Justices came to supporting Roe v. Wade was in reiterating their belief in precedent, a doctrine that is a core of our nation’s legal theory.

Democrats and the progressive left are just desperate for anything that will delegitimize the Supreme Court, and if lies get the job done, they will resort to lies.
