Malia Obama seen visiting the famously Christian resturant Chick-fil-A

Malia Obama was photographed eating at the notoriously Christian restaurant Chick-fil-A Thursday, despite liberal outrage at the chain.

Reporting by The Daily Mail showed that Former President Barack Obama’s 24-year-old daughter was at one of the chain’s Los Angeles, California locations.

Malia didn’t appear to mind that Chick-fil-right-wing A’s owner has frequently spoken out against the community, despite the fact that her father has worked to advance LGTBQ+ rights.

S. Truett Cathy, a Southern Baptist who used many of his religious beliefs to organize the business, launched Chick-fil-A in 1946. The next year, in 2013, Dan T. Cathy succeeded him as president, one year before Truett passed away from issues related to diabetes.

Dan has expressed his disapproval of same-sex marriage repeatedly over the years, especially after it was revealed that the restaurant chain has given millions of dollars to different anti-LQTBQ organizations via the WinShape Foundation.

In 2012 Cathy pushed back against the cultural acceptance of the LGBTQ lifestyles saying that it was “arrogant” for people to “have the audacity to define what marriage is about.”

“I think we are inviting God’s judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at Him and say, ‘We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage,”‘ he stated. I pray God’s mercy on our generation that has such a prideful, arrogant attitude to think that we have the audacity to define what marriage is about.”

Then, months after the explosive interview, Cathy told Baptist Press that Chick-fil-A was “an organization operating on biblical principles” and that he only supports the “traditional family.

“We are very much supportive of the family – the biblical definition of the family unit,” he said. “We know that it might not be popular with everyone, but thank the Lord, we live in a country where we can share our values and operate on biblical principles.”
