Leftist rioters storm Washington city hall – mayor rushed to safety

Left-wing rioters stormed a Washington city hall, breaking into the building and vandalizing it, causing the mayor to be rushed to safety in an eerie parallel to the Capitol riots.

The group that attacked, dragged down an American flag that was flying outside the building and began stomping on it until a heroic bystander rescued it.

The incident is a continuation of left-wing riots that have targeted government buildings of all types, including state capitals, federal courthouses, city halls and public monuments.

Fox reports:

The mayor of Bellingham, Wash., reportedly had to be rushed out of City Hall on Friday morning after rioters advocating for the homeless stormed the building.

“It was unsettling,” Mayor Seth Fleetwood, who remained undeterred about asking those in a homeless encampment outside of the building to move 25 feet away, told KIRO-TV of Seattle.

“They banged on the door and we got word they had somehow broken it open and were entering, and I was advised to leave.”

“Circumstances at City Hall and the Library lawn are entirely untenable, escalated largely by protesters and outside agitators who are not residents of the encampment,” Fleetwood said in a statement. “Their actions are a disservice to people who are experiencing homelessness and putting them at increased risk.”

This sort of left-wing violence has become routine in America, to the extent that the media barely covers it. And it could be coming to your town.
