Kamala Harris ‘Underwater’ in the polls

Vice President Kamala Harris has become the most unpopular vie president since the 1970s according to polling data reported by Red State

The polls show that she now has more Americans who disapprove of her job performance than approve of it, according to The Telegraph which is bad news for the VP.

MRC reported on the devastating news saying that “Harris’ average favorability at a mere 45 percent — with respondents who view her unfavorably a point higher at 46 percent.”

“Included in the average is the Economist/YouGov poll conducted between July 24 and July 27, those who view Harris unfavorably came in at 48 percent.”

Harris’ performance in the opinion of Americans is hardly unexpected. She gave a less than stellar performance in the Democratic presidential primary.

The California senator and former state attorney general was soundly spanked in the primary debate by Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI), a relatively unknown entity from the island state.

That debate solidified her status as a huge flip-flopper and reminded Americans just how much female voters weren’t taking to Harris, despite the supposed desire to see a woman in the White House.

Harris eventually ended her campaign before the first votes were even tallied for the Democrat primary and she was sent back to the Senate with her proverbial tail between her legs.

Democrats have found that they could have made a miscalculation in making the progressive woman of color President Joe Biden’s running mate, depending on her minority status to outweigh the dislike of American voters, considering her abysmal performance in the polls.

As Red State’s Nick Arama put it, “That leaves Democrats up a creek without a paddle in 2022, and they deserve it. They signed on to all this, and now it just may sink them.”
