Kamala Harris and husband caught kissing through masks in public

Vice President Kamala Harris and husband Doug Emhoff made headlines due to their extreme caution in wearing masks while giving one another a kiss as they departed Joint Base Andrews, according to Breitbart News.

The pair had their photo snapped on Wednesday as the fully vaccinated pair left on their trip to Rhode Island. Both Harris and Emhoff have made a point to keep their masks on throughout the pandemic, something the Biden administration has been clear in support of from the start.

A video was also captured:

The second couple were also strong proponents of various COVID-19 vaccines after it became clear that the Biden administration would indeed take the White House late in 2020. The pair received their first shot in late December in Washington DC.

“Literally, this is about saving lives, it’s literally about saving lives,” Harris said at the time she received the vaccine live on television “I trust the scientists. And it is the scientists that created and approved this vaccine.”

“I want to encourage everyone to get the vaccine, it is relatively painless, it happens really quickly, it is safe,” Harris added.

Harris and her husband are making the trip to Rhode Island to meet with small business owners to help push President Joe Biden’s “Getting Back on Track Tour” which is being marketed as their recovery effort from the devastating effects of the COVID-19 lockdowns.

According to the Providence Journal, Harris will be participating in a “social impact speed pitch” in Providence with “socially focused” entrepreneurs in the state.

While the nation seems divided about whether they belives mask mandates and lockdowns should be considered legal, conservatives are united under their belief that the Biden administration will be bad for small businesses.

There also seems to be little debate over the idea that Harris is about as fixated on public persona as any politician in American history. As was evidenced by her headline-grabbing “masked” kiss.
