Calls for Dr. Fauci to be fired intensify

Led by conservative firebrand Ben Shapiro, a movement to fire Dr. Anthony Fauci has been gathering steam after a series of controversial and confusing messages from the infectious diseases expert.

Fauci has flip-flopped on whether the Trump administration had a vaccine distribution system, thrown shade at President Trump, called for masking well into 2022, and worst of all, confused Americans with his inconsistent messaging on masks, vaccines and school openings.

Shapiro made the case to fire Fauci in four simple tweets:
