House E&C Committee will hold a hearing on baby formula shortages on MAY 25

The House Energy and Commerce committee will have a hearing May 25 to address baby formula shortages.

A spokesperson tells me: "In order for the hearing to be productive, we believe the committee needs to hear directly from FDA and Abbott."
